Refunds

Once a returned item passes inspection at our warehouse, refunds are processed within 5 working days.

Mode of refund

Refunds are credited to the original UPI ID or bank account used at checkout. We may request bank details via email if the original UPI handle is not reachable.

Cancelled orders

Orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full within 3 working days.
